ReAgent is thrilled to announce the launch of a new charitable organisation. The ReAgent Foundation is funded by ReAgent profits and supported by our dedicated employees. Our mission is to improve lives, strengthen communities and promote environmental protection.
This marks a huge milestone for us, and we’re extremely excited for the charitable partnerships, volunteering opportunities and fundraising events coming up.
A Foundation Rooted in Our Core Values
The ReAgent Foundation supports causes that align with our core values of responsibility, integrity and community. We believe all businesses have a responsibility to improve their communities through ethical and sustainable practices that promote a brighter future.
But change doesn’t happen overnight. It requires small, consistent actions—and the ReAgent Foundation brings this process to life.
How We Work
The ReAgent Foundation partners with three charities each year. We donate a portion of ReAgent’s profits to each one and provide additional support through employee volunteering projects.
Annual fundraising events help us revitalise the ReAgent Foundation so we can continue donating to charities that align with our values. This process sets the stage for ongoing growth, enabling us to make a greater impact on communities across the country.
Improving Lives, Promoting Education and Protecting the Environment
The ReAgent Foundation centres its work around wellbeing, education and environmental sustainability. We believe supporting these areas is the most effective way to create an immediate and long-term impact.
We partner with charities working to:
- Improve the lives of those struggling with life-altering illnesses
- Enhance access to STEM education
- Restore and preserve the environment
Helping those in need, inspiring young minds and protecting the natural world have always been part of ReAgent’s ethics. The ReAgent Foundation will carry these principles forward to help foster social and environmental change.
A Hands-On Approach to Community Transformation
Change starts with action. Donating to charities that align with our values is an impactful first step, but we don’t stop there.
We encourage ReAgent employees to get involved in volunteering projects with our partner charities. This is a great opportunity for us to roll up our sleeves and make a tangible impact on the communities around us.
ReAgent employees will also take part in annual fundraising events. This year’s event is the 24-hour Three Peaks Challenge, where participants will push themselves to the limit by attempting to hike Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike. All money raised will go to the ReAgent Foundation.
